Improved over-all health in my senior dog June 4, 2008 My 12 year old mixed breed dog showed signs of slowing down and could no longer jump on the bed without help. Within two weeks of using this product, she acted five years younger and jumped like her old self. It took her a while to get used to the taste but now waits for her "topping". Her dramatic improvement convinced ME to start taking an omega-3 supplement. The cost is quite low cosidering the dose for a 30 lb dog is only 2 teaspoons a day. Great product!
Great Suppliment! September 17, 2007 I make homemade food for my dogs and I add Missing Link to make sure they get all the vitamins and minerals they need that I may be cooking out. Has worked great for my dogs coat as well.
Great product; a little pricey if you don't buy in bulk August 9, 2007 We supplement our pug's diet with this, and his coat is incredibly soft since. He gets grain-free dry food along with a scoop of canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling) once a day (for fiber). We mix a spoonful of Link in with the pumpkin, and he loves it!
I like that these are fresh, human-grade ingredients and that you can't accidentally over-supplement.
The only complaint I have so far is that to buy the 8-oz. bag costs almost as much as the 1-lb bag. A little dog has trouble using it up within the 90-day recommendation for freshness.
Re-sealable bag is great. Keep it in the fridge.
Great suppliment for dogs... May 12, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We have used this product for several years and love it. This was also the best price we have ever seen. This is a great suppliment for dogs and helps their coat tremendously...
MISSING LINK IS INCREDIBLE February 21, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
My friend's 9 yr. old rescue racing Greyhound started growing hair in bald patches that had been there since she got him at 2 yrs. old so I decided to try it on my mixed breed. She has been on steroids for skin problems for 5-6 years after around $2000.00 in trying to find the cause--which the "SPECIALISTS" never did. When I periodically stopped the Predisone she would break out into bloody oozing sores on her face within 2-3 days. Within 7 days of starting the Missing Link and stopping the steroids she was fine. I held my breath and now it is a month later and she still has no sores or beginning sores. I can't say enough about it. It's worth every penny.
