This is a gorgeous crate and if you have a mild mannered dog, it may work well for you. But my very determined Chow mix broke through the bars of the doors within an hour. She was being way too quiet, so when I checked on her, she was sticking her head out of the door having un-welded 4 vertical bars. Very cute, but if she wasn't so fully furred, the bars could have hurt her neck. Better made crates always reinforce the ends, top and bottom. The manufacturer also warns about chewers destroying the plastic wicker. For the price, I want a decorative crate that contains and is safe for my pup.
