Its a good size lunch bag. could have been a little deeper to hold more stuff but fits my purpose very well. Fits into a messenger bag no problem and keeps things warm and cold.

This is the perfect size for a frozen meal. There is a separator included so you can keep a water separate but I use that for the silverware and my yogurt.
There is also a meshed pocket for inserting a frozen pack to keep the food cold, if that is required. I would assume it can also be used to keep something hot, but I don't take hot things for lunch.
It is the perfect size for me and I absolutely love it!
