Everything I cook from this cookbox is absolutely delicious. Very tasty, hearty meals. I cook for non-vegetarians often but they never complain that there's no meat, substance, or taste in any any these recipes. The layout of these books is beautiful and the recipes are accurate (everything is ready when it should be and you don't find youself ammending the recipes to your taste because they're already great). There are two books- one is a cookbook full of recipes ranging from everyday to special occasion food. The second book has information about nutrition and how to prepare different foods so you get the most from them. The information in this book is all the things you should know about food but it's well organised that you can flip through it when you want to find something in particular or browse through it for new ideas. This book also has many recipes that I regularly use. I highly, highly recommend this cookbox. If I only used one cookbook (or box as the case may be) it would surely be this one.
