very pleased July 12, 2010 Susan Fletcher (HUNTERSVILLE, NC, US) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I am very happy with the book I ordered and the condition it is in is very much the good condition it was said to be in. I have told others about getting this book at amazon.com and the savings you get especially in todays economy. I feel that I got a great deal for $12. The book cost me $8 and then shipping and handling was $3.95. Worth every penny considering to buy the book brand new will cost $25.oo.
Thank you amazon.com for hooking me up.
Eat Right June 9, 2010 M. Skye (Seattle, WA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The book, as indicated by the title, is filled with information, usually in small succinct paragraphs. However, I would highly encourage a person interested in the relationship between our blood type and the foods we eat, even the vitamins we take, to read Eat Right for Your Blood Type first because it fully discusses theories regarding the reasons we have different blood types, why those changes took place and the effects that has had in the types of food we "should" eat. After that, one can read any of the books in the series with an understanding that was lacking when I purchased the encylopedia first.
Huge increase in my energy level! May 10, 2010 Dale Englefield (HOUSTON, TX, US) Do most whole-heartedly recommend this book to anyone. Everyone! D'Adamo is on to something, and I've DEFINITELY benefited from his research. Get all three of his books (including the one for you own blood type -- it's great for taking to the grocery store).
Life Changing May 5, 2010 Jennifer Debs (NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV, US) The book is insightful and even if you're not trying to lose weight, it answers a lot of questions about how we gain weight, can't digest certain foods, or how we can get all the benefits from eating the right foods.
