Very informative! December 20, 2009 T. Lovell (Murphy, NC) I really enjoyed reading this book. I learned a lot about how to pair foods for maximum health benefits and which vitamins and minerals to be aware of in a vegetarian lifestyle. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn more about how their body uses the foods we eat (not just for vegetarians!).
New Vegetarian December 19, 2009 C. Shell I ordered the book because I am interested in making the transition to being a vegetarian. Didn't realize how many different "types" of vegetarians there are. I haven't finished reading the book, but so far the information is helpful. Not sure I can get my family to make the transition and wonder how one cooks for a vegetaring/nonvegetarian family.

!'d recommend this to anyone considering becoming a vegetarian. July 27, 2009 Peter John Pols (USA) This book is truly useful for those that are interested in becoming vegetarians, or even vegans. It covers a vast range of topics including protein and b12 which is always a question for newbies. On the other hand, if its your child that wants to become a vegetarian or a vegan, this book will help put your mind at ease. It's definitely one of the first books I would recommend to those moving from meat to meatless. There are a couple of others that you could also read and gain a wealth of knowledge and recipes from:
