This Funnel Cake Kit has almost everything you need to make traditional funnel cakes at home, quickly and easily. It comes with a funnel cake pitcher, frying ring, powdered sugar shaker, metal tongs, two packages of funnel cake mix, and powdered sugar for finishing. The funnel cake mix can be prepared up to a 2 hours ahead of time, and is incredibly easy to prepare. Just add water, whisk, and fry in hot oil for approximately 1 minute. You'll have a perfect funnel cake ready for topping with powdered sugar, fresh fruit, or whipped cream. Each package of cake mix makes 8-10 funnel cakes and includes complete instructions for mixing and frying.

The Deluxe Funnel Cake Kit 4350 arrived quickly. Included were 2 pks of funnel cake mix, metal tongs & medium-sized ring + a large, plastic pitcher. It is a handy kit, but the funnel cake pitcher pouring spout hole is larger than it should be, making the cakes difficult to shape. However, the ring is decidely a + addition.
Suggestion: Decrease the size of the pitcher's pouring spout & increase the use of this kit to 5 stars.
