 Great for Bellinis December 12, 2008
The White Peach Puree product was excellent in making Bellinis with prosecco . . . . freight charges seemed expensive. . .. . I would order more at lower freight charges. .. ordering one container had more freight charges than the product cost. . .and three containers cost $30 freight. If freight was less, I would buy more of this excellent product

I bought the peach puree for my brother's wedding - his new bride and I both enjoy Peach Bellini's that we had at a popular Italian resturant. I made these during the reception and they were awesome. They arrived in a great package - it was exactly what I was wanting and more. I highly recommend this puree!

I purchased 3 containers of this product and I love it!! Although it did not arrive in dry ice, all 3 containers were frozen. It makes great bellinis, but I also would recommend trying the drink recipes that come with the product. My favorite is the "peach me up." Also, I recently found a container that apparently was "lost" in the back of my freezer for at least a year. I used it anyway. The drinks were outstanding, and there were no ill effects. My only "complaint" is about the shipping fees, and I wish I could buy it in a local store, but I can't. So, I'll grit my teeth because it's worth it. I've only tried the peach, but I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors and to making some of the non-drink receipes. I highly recommend this product in spite of the high shipping fees.

This is the best white peach puree on the market, if not the only one. I have used this product before and it was just as good as the last time. The company is wonderful to deal with and I received my purchase 2 days later. It makes the best Bellini's. I have not tried it for anything else yet, but I'm sure it would be fantastic.

I've tried many products, and the White Peach Puree makes the very best bellinis. A little goes a long way. Shipped beautifully in dry ice.
