I searched high and low for a lemon pepper fettuccini when Monterey Pasta changed name and got rid of lpf. I discovered the Rossi brand and it is just wonderful. The other flavors are very good too. I noticed that this pasta cooks quicker than others which is a nice bonus. It has a good bite -- the texture is slightly chewy but tender.

I was recently in Floyd, Virginia on a road trip and we stopped in the healthfood store. I was amazed and completely thrilled to find Rossi Pasta being sold! I immediately bought one of everything they had in stock, and two of the Lemon Pepper Fettuccini. This pasta is A*MAZING. It's easy to prepare and as delicious with a simple olive oil as it is with a light sauce or garlic and herbs. I've missed Rossi Pasta since leaving OU and Athens, Ohio back in 1990. What a treat to be reunited.
