Product Description
Cornbread is a favorite. It doesn't matter what time of year. There are a few things that make this cornbread a little different. One, it is made with all natural ingredients, no preservatives, no refined or bleached sugars, no wheat or gluten. There are no beans, rice or soy flours used either. We are proud to offer a slightly sweet, wholegrain cornflour (opposed to cornmeal which only uses part of the kernel) combined with cassava flour. Light and slightly sweet, this cornbread is good for breakfast, snack or can accompany dinner.

Rich, tender, cake-like. Everything a good cornbread should be!
The loaf was so big that I ended up slicing and freezing part of it. All I had to do was take a slice out, wrap it in a paper towel, and defrost in the microwave. And it still tasted fantastic!!

This is the latter.
No - this DEFINES the latter.
Seemingly handed down from Mt Olympus, I do not know it's equal.
Being so iconoclastically good, it deserves a category of it's own.
Do yourself a favor and try this grainy-textured treat soon!
