I was not familiar w/ this product, but after a web search decided to try it. I actually do think it gives me more energy and am hoping it helps w/ pre-menopausal symptoms. I also read about this company and was very impressed. I've purchased other products by Navitas and have been VERY pleased w/ the quality of all of them.
